Happy Anniversary!

12 years is a long time to most people, but not when you live with Ryan! Every day is an adventure! I love you, even when my hair is out of control and yes, every wrinkle belongs to you!

Ever had one of those moments when.....

Everyone is staring at you? We did. Having your car break down, near a major freeway entrance, and having a cop back you up, is really annoying. People just sit there and wait for you, not realizing you are stuck! Thanks Lance for celebrating our anniversary with us during the repair work!

Total Match

This is what Dani and Britti refer to as the "Total Match" They had identical outfits the first day and loved every minute of it!

First day of School!!

Nica Nica Nica, I can't believe she is starting school already - Her excitment was amazing to watch!

Dani, WOW 5th grade, first ..umm Male teacher, We will see if she can keep up the grades, you know us, we expect the best!

Britti, 3rd Grade. First day of school brought many stories, ask her about the Frog!

Is my baby girl really in school??? The house will be so so so so quiet!

I guess after a day like today, its nice to come home to an after school snack! Zucchini bread with chocolate chips! (Ryan Dreaming) Chocolate chip cookies will do.....But the Bread does sound YUMMY!

Too much time??

This may cause you to say, Hmmmm, do they have too much time on their hands?! No, we just like to goof off, every chance we get. The girls all voted against this new hairdo. Surprise, surprise.

As for the week, this has been a week of organization. The DI stuff loaded, the junk in the garbage can, and it does feel good. Thanks Ry! (He did most of the work)

Britti breaking the speed limit!

Britti's first time on the speed slide! She actually screamed most of the way, but I wasn't filming soon enough. Nica also had enough courage to brave the curly slides! She even did the totally black out slide, as I rode it, I got nervous for her! I don't think I saw anyone as young as Dani and Britti on the speed slides. They are brave souls, braver than their mother!

Night out in Rio Tinto Stadium....

Ryan and his Brothers went last week to the MLS All-Stars game against Everton of the EPL, of course MLS's best still lost to the overseas powerhouse. Although it came down to a shoot out, this man below lost it for the All-Stars.

Yep, It's Keller, He has had his day in the sun, maybe he should hang up his boots and call it a day. But no, Sat Night he and his MLS team - Seatle Sounders came to see what they could do to RSL. End result, RSL 1 Seatle 0. Yep Keller beat again, I dont think he will be too fond of SLC in the future! But Hey I say keep playing! Your only about 3 months from hitting 40!

Portneuf

If you've never enjoyed the Portneuf, go (again if you are Trina). The trick is usually to have a train to avoid tipping. When the river is unusually high, it helps to have more. If you click on this you may figure out that this is Ryan and Britti going under. All was well, and we went again. Here, Dani is riding with me after a spill with Oma.

3 over!???

This pose, is Josh's favorite. Golf can be pretty boring for a 3 year old and after 9 holes to be forced into a picture, no matter how cute, is really annoying when you're 3.

Ya know, when you play in a scramble you should end up with a better score than normal. 3 over, really is not so great. Thanks to Ryan for being our team, if we didn't have him to make up for our screw ups we would have been more like 30 over. It was fun to be partnered with Wendy and Roger though!

We are so happy to have our little cousin Gage here. He is such a cutie and really has a fabulous family. He is so blessed, and such a blessing! Tess, this is for you, we've got the girls with Gus, but I don't think we've got Max. She's on our other hard drive. 2 of 3 is not bad!

Gone Fishin'

The Reunion at the Cabin is always a blast. Ryan has come for 13 years and not once have we fished at the pond. The Longmore family inspired us this year and we gave it a shot along side them. No luck on this side of the lake!

Car Wash

Aunt Wendy is a bit of a nut I guess, she actually let the kids climb on top till it dented. Fortunately it just popped back up when they got off. Maybe it's just the fact that her car is getting up there in years. But the kids were all over this baby cleaning. I think a bit of a redo was in order. Summer is soooo nice! What's up with all this wind?

Happy Independence Day!

Also thanks to Lance & Emily for the awesome party. I haven't been able to go for a while and it was sooooo nice and delicious. This is the day we discovered our camera died.

Holbrook Canyon

This is a local hike called Holbrook Canyon (I think). I didn't even know about it, and I've lived here all my life! That is dumb, but it was fun. We crossed the stream a few times and it was nice and shady.

Twin Lakes??!

Well apparently Twin lakes has turned into lake. I guess there were two before they built the dam. This hike is highly recommended.


It takes a lot of work to get all these kids facing the same way! Especially that little mischevious boy, what do we do with boys? I'm not used to that!

Yes, in July, there is snow in our mountains. Ryan took the older 3 to the other side of the lake and brought back a few pics and a one sided snowball fight!

Yabba Dabba Doo!

This is the Dinosaur Park in Ogden. The kids had a blast especially inside where the museum kind of stuff is.

So I decided Blogging is like journaling. Duh! You say? Well, I miss a couple days and it feels so overwhelming to catch up. Hopefully a little here, and a little there will do it.

While my sis was here we did a ton, so I'll gradually add things as I get the pics. Remember my camera broke but we got some off my Mom's computer and now we have a new one!
